“I believe that meaningful mental health care starts with a strong therapeutic relationship built on compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person's autonomy. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your treatment. I aim to provide evidence-based treatment while recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.

I enjoy working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, and life's many transitions. I strive to help you better understand yourself while building practical tools for lasting growth and resilience.

One of the most important things I hope people understand about mental health treatment is that it is proactive step toward overall well-being. It can require confronting parts of yourself that feel uncomfortable or difficult to accept. It is also about developing insight, building resilience, and creating lasting strategies to improve quality of life.”
